- ALL UNPAID 2018 TAX BILLS ARE NOW DELINQUENT
- Per Florida Statue, as of APRIL 1, 2019, unpaid accounts now include a 3% delinquency interest for Real Estate accounts; a 1.5% delinquency interest is added monthly to all unpaid Tangible Personal Property accounts. All 2018 delinquent property tax accounts, WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN PAID BY APRIL 30, 2019, will be advertised publicly in the newspaper during the month of May and will receive additional advertising, auction, and collection fees on MAY 1, 2019. The final deadline to make a delinquent 2018 Real Estate payment, PRIOR TO A TAX CERTIFICATE BEING ISSUED AGAINST THE PROPERTY WITH ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATE INTEREST, IS MAY 31, 2019 AT 4:45 PM (EST). PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN CERTIFIED FUNDS: CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CREDIT CARD (CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS WILL BE CHARGED A 2.5% SERVICE CHARGE OF THE FULL PAYMENT AMOUNT).
